Abstract: This information collection is needed to by NCUA to evaluate credit union requests for waiver of the concentration limits imposed by the proposed 701.21(h). NCUA will only require the information collection of credit unions that desire a waiver to the limits. The information collection will protect the safety and soundness of credit unions and the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund by ensuring that only qualified credit unions receive waivers.
