This information collection is needed
by NCUA to evaluate credit union requests for a waiver of the
concentration limits imposed by NCUA Rules and Regulations
§701.21(h). NCUA only requires the information collection of credit
unions that desire a waiver of the limits. The information
collection will protect the safety and soundness of credit unions
and the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund by ensuring that
only qualified credit unions receive waivers.
