The standard requires employer to
monitor employee exposure to Chromium (VI), to provide medical
surveillance, and to establish and maintain accurate records of
employee exposure to cadmium and employee medical records. These
records will be used by employers, employees, physicians and the
Government to ensure that employees are not being harmed by
exposure to Chromium.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
