The proposed amendments would establish limits for total hydrocarbons (THSC) for existing kilns and new brownfield kilns, and revise the emission limit for new greenfield kilns. To demonstrate compliance with the THC limits, owners or operators of kilns would be required to continuously monitor THC emissions or CO emissions. New kilns would also be required to meet e emission limits for HCI, while existing kilns would be required to comply with work practice standards to limit HCI emissions. Performance tests for THC and HCI would be required every 5 years Respondents would be required to maintain additional records.....
