Abstract: The information collection covered by this information Collection is a requirement on the manufactures and importers of vehicles for their certification for sale in the United States by EPA. The process of certification is documented in the proposed rule published in 40 CFR part 85 (Control of Air Pollution from Mobile Sources) and part 86 (Control of Emissions from New and In-Use Highway Vehicles and Engines). The requested information includes both reports and recordkeeping.
