The change in
burden has been assigned to "new statute" rather than "agency
action." DOT/FTA completed the ICR correctly, but the new
information system requires this finer specification of "program
change". In the Information Collection Budget for 2006, DOT should
ensure that this welcome change in burden is reported
correctly.
