Justification for Change (1010-0068)
Due to rulemaking, 70 FR 49871, August 25, 2005, this shows a program change to 1010-0068. Fees from the cost recovery rule were inappropriately calculated and added in a previous 83C submission (approved under Notice of Action 7/11/06). MMS had not accounted for the number of submissions times each fee in the 83C that was submitted to OMB. With this submission, we are requesting a program change to these fees.
