BOEMRE uses the information to
determine if the operation under the unit agreement will conserve
natural resources, prevent waste, and protect correlative rights
and Government interests. Respondents are Federal lessees and
operators on the Outer Continental Shelf.
The currently approved OMB
inventory is 4,913 burden hours for this collection of information.
This submission requests 3,348 burden hours. The adjustment
decrease of 1,565 hours is due to decreases in the average number
of annual responses based on consultations. The currently approved
OMB non-hour cost burden is $234,140. This submission requests
$170,728. The adjustment decrease of $63,412 is a result of
re-estimating the number of annual responses.
