The adjustment decrease of 971 hours is due to decreases in the average number of annual responses based on consultations. The currently approved OMB non-hour cost burden includes $377,801. This submission requests $234,140. The adjustment decrease of $143,661 is a result of re-estimating the number of annual responses.
