resubmitted for renewal, EPA should revise the annual hour and cost
burden to incorporate the additional burden associated with the
July 27, 2006 final rule for 40 CFR part 63, subpart M ("Final rule
for leak detection"), which is currently recorded in a separate ICR
package.

40 CFR part 63, subpart M, applies to
owners and operators of each perchloroethylene (PCE) dry cleaning
facility. The information gathered is needed to determine which
facilities are subject to the regulation and whether they are in
compliance with the standards. Owners/operators are required to
submit one-time only notification and compliance status report. All
facilities must maintain yearly PCE consumption records, and
implement a leak detection and repair program.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
