Abstract: The customer satisfaction survey is being administered as part of RHS, CSC's on-going service quality improvement program. The survey is intended to measure the quality of service that RHS customers receive when they contact CSC. The results will provide a benchmark for future surveys and improvements in customer satisfaction.
