This information collection was submitted to DHS on June 24,2006 to be process to OMB. During this process, a survey was submitted for OMB's approval using OMB's 83-C which these hours were not account for in this collection since it was already submitted. This collection was not submitted to OMB, but returned to the Coast Guard for processing in ROCIS this is the reason for the discrepancy in burden hours.
