The adjustment in burden hours is due to the following information collection activities: 1. The number of responses for ISP increased by 2. The training hours for ISP increased by +16 hours, however number of responses for training was drecreased by 4. The final Report was increased by 2 responses. 2. Recordkeeping burden hours (-800 hours)was eliminated. There are no recordkeeping requirements for this information collection. These hours were only program specific to New York disaster FEMA 1391-DR. 3. The FEMA grant forms burden hours (-51.77 hours) have been captured in a previously approved OMB collection (1660-0025)
