Abstract: APHIS is proposing to amend the fruits and vegetables regulations to allow the importation of mangoes from India into the continental US under certain conditions. The mangoes would have to undergo irradiation treatment and be accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate with additional declarations providing specific information regarding the treatment and inspection of the mangoes and the orchards in which they were grown.
