The purpose of this collection is to (1)determine condition for permit issuance, (2) use notification in accordance with performance standards; or (3) determine that the regulated article is no longer subject to regulation. The permit application which allows APHIS BRS scientists evaluate any plant pest risks posed by the organism and the procedures that the applicant will use for introduction of the regulated article.
