The information collection is needed to document satisfactory compliance with statutory requirements of the various integrated programs. P.L. 102-477 authorizes tribal governments to integrate federally funded programs into a single coordinated comprehensive service delivery plan. Funding agencies include the Department of the Interior, Department of Labor, and Department of Health and Human Services. The Bureau of Indian Affairs is statutorily requested to serve as the lead agency. Section 11 of this Act requires that Interior make available a single universal report format which shall be used by tribes voluntarily .........

This collection expired during the renewal process. Also, 2 more grantees were added making the total 51 vice 49. There is no regulation. None is planned. We are reporting 6,762 hours to reinstate collection and a downward adjustment of 3,744 hours based on improved estimates.
