Abstract: A new TSA.gov Web site has been launched in order to improve the image of TSA and make the site more accessible, informative, and practical for all users. This renovation project was undertaken to meet the needs of the public and TSA employees, and a collection of information is critical to ensure that their needs and expectations were met.
