Abstract: This ICR seeks permission to accept notifications from gasoline retailers and wholesale purchaser-consumer related to the commingling of ethanol blended and non ethanol blended reformulated gasoline under section 1513 of the Energy Policy Act. This is a renewal of an emergency ICR that expires November 30, 2006. There is no change in burden calculated and submitted for the existing emergency ICR approval.
