Short Statement: The burden hours were decreased by 29,558 in this information collection. This was due to significantly lower interest in the Minority Farm Register than anticipated. Previously, FSA estimated that an average of 55,500 people would register annually but fewer than 3,000 people registered from August 2004 through August 2006.
