If the yield year equals 2001 and prior: if all elements in state/county/crop/practice/type/map area are the same as
2001 ADM, then use the 2001 ADM T-yield to determine 60% T-yield substitution for yield years 2001 and prior,
use the 2002 ADM T-yield for state/county/crop/practice/type/map area if, at least, one element in the “key” is
new for 2002; use the 2003 ADM T-yield for state/county/crop/practice/type/map area if, at least, one element
in the “key” is new for 2003.
If the yield year equals 2002, use the ADM for RY2002 to determine the applicable T-yield.
If the yield year equals 2003, use the ADM for RY2003 to determine the applicable T-yield.
Organic Option
If a crop is being insured as Organic by Written Agreement do not report the organic code in the
Common Option field.
If a crop is being insured as Organic and does not need a Written Agreement, then report the applicable Common
Option Code (OT = Organic Transitional acreage and OC = Organic Certified acreage.)
