a government corporation recent amendments provide for expansion of
a comprehensive crop insurance program. This ICR is necessary for
administering the crop insurance program.

There is an adjustment increase
of 624,141 hours that was inadvertantly omitted that allowed for
time to read crop insurance documents each year and a decrease of
-217,949 hours due to program changes. The overall total increase
in this ICR is 406,192 hours for a new total of 1,866,457 total
annual burden.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
