REPORT OF INTERNATIONAL ELECTRIC IMPORT/EXPORT DATA
Use of the reporting format is desirable. However data requested must be submitted by
Permit holder. DOE does not consider the data to be confidential and will not treat it as such.
According to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, no persons are required to respond to a
collection of information unless it displays a valid OMB control number. The valid OMB
control number of this information collection is 1901-0296. The time required to complete
the requested data is estimated to average 5 hours per response, including the time required to
review instructions, search existing data resources, gather the data needed, and complete and
