submit the users guide, which is currently being prepared, to OMB
via a nonmaterial change worksheet (old 83-C) as soon as it is
completed. Additionally, for the next submission of this ICR for
OMB approval, Education will break out the respondent burden
according to the affected public (i.e., private sector and state
and local governments).

The SRK requires institutons that
participate in any program under Title IV of the HEA to make
available to students and prospective student-athletes and their
prents, high school coaches and high school counselors the
aforementioned graduation rates as well as enrollment data and the
graduation rates of student athletes, by race, gender, and
sport.
