This study fulfills the congressional mandate to evaluate the Comprehensive Technical Assistance Centers (the CTACs). The study, the National Evaluation of the Comprehensive Technical Assistance Centers, will examine the extent to which the Centers have expanded States' capacity to address the educational needs of Local Education Agencies (LEAS) and schools.
