Abstract: FCC Form 601 is a multi-purpose form used to apply for an authorization to operate radio stations, amend pending application, modify existing licenses and perform a variety of other miscellaneous tasks in the Public Mobile Services, Personal Communications Services, General Wireless Communications Services, Private Land Mobile Radio Services, Broadcast Auxillary Services, Fixed Microwave Services, Maritime Services (excluding ships) and Aviation Services (excluding aircraft).

For some reason that is not understood, the ROCIS system is forcing entries that are not applicable to this submission (see entry for reason for burden reduction due to miscellaneous actions?) above. This submission is simply seeking to obtain the full-three year approval from OMB after they have granted on our emergency request that was submitted to OMB in September 06.
