Abstract: This request is for clearance to conduct the 2007-2008 program evaluation of the NEA’s Big Read initiative. This evaluation is aimed at assessing the design of the 2007 Big Read program and the program’s impact on literary reading habits in participating communities. Specifically, we are seeking approval for all data collection instruments included in this submission.
