A few days ago you received a letter from Susan Boehmer, Director, IRS, Wage & Investment Research and Analysis, asking for your assistance in improving the resources and services available to tax professionals. The IRS is committed to improving its performance and service to the American public and our partners. As part of this improvement effort, we are conducting a survey with tax professionals who prepare individual returns and assist individual taxpayers.
You were chosen at random from tax professionals who filed multiple returns for individual taxpayers in Tax Year 2006. Macro International will keep your responses and individual identity confidential. Macro will not provide any identifying information to the IRS along with your responses. Your responses will be reported to the IRS in aggregate with the responses from other tax professionals.
