In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for a
period of three years. OMB is not approving the requested reduction
in the cost estimate at this time. The agency should re-evaluate
the collection to determine if they have accounted for all storage
and recordkeeping costs in the burden hours. If these costs cannot
be accounted for in the burden hours, the agency should provide
monetary estimates of the costs. Once the agency has made this
assessment, they may submit a nonmaterial/nonsubstantive change to
reduce the costs to the correct amount.
