This Paperwork Reduction Submission (PRA) requests revisions to ETA Form Section I, Program Registration and Section II, Apprenticeship Agreement. To comply with OMB’s Notice of Action Terms of Clearance dated October 27, 2005, the North American Classification System was incorporated in the reengineered Office of Apprenticeship database, Registered Apprenticeship Partners Information Data System (RAPIDS), formerly known as the Registered Apprenticeship Information System or RAIS.
The Social Security Number is encrypted in RAPIDS except for the last four digits. A system identification number is automatically assigned to the file in lieu of the SSN. The voluntary submission of the SSN is mandated by ETA’s Common Measures for establishing performance outcome employment measures.
