The Commission is reporting a program change increase in burden hours and annual costs due to new and modified reporting, recordkeeping and third party disclosure requirements set forth in the Ninth Report and Order (FCC 06-45). Additionally, most of the burdens identified in item 12 of the supporting statement have been re-calculated due to an increase in the number of respondents and responses. Therefore, the burden hours and annual costs have changed since the last submission to the OMB.
