The Department of Agriculture is conducting this survey to collect data on 2006 nursery sales. Your cooperation is essential to accurately measure nursery production in your State. Your response is voluntary. Facts about your operation are confidential, and used only in combination with similar reports from other producers. Thank you for your cooperation.
