Abstract: Form 823S is used to determine eligibility for automated inspection programs and to secure those elements necessary to confirm enrollment at the time of application for admission to the United States. Additionally, CBP's FAST program (Form 823F) seeks to expedite clearance of low risk transborder shipments by receiving information requirements, and by dedicating lanes at major crossing.
