Other changes** In December 2005, OMB approved HUD’s use of form HUD-310-DRSC in connection with the publication of the proposed rule for the Manufactured Housing Dispute Resolution Program. The final rule, published May, 2007, changed the form slightly, and HUD now submits the revised form HUD-310-DRSC for approval. The changes clarify the information requested and enhance readability. HUD anticipates no change in the number of respondents, responses, burden hours, or annual costs.
