Abstract: The U.S.-Bahrain Free Trade Agreement is intended to establish free trade and strengthen economic relations through duty-free or reduced duty treatment on imported goods from Bahrain.

Emergency Justfication: CBP requests an emergency approval because the U.S.-Bahrain FTA will be implemented using Interim Final Regulations.
