JUSTIFICATION TO ADD GENERIC INFORMATION COLLECTION
Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Conference Evaluations Generic Clearance

On September 6, 2007, OMB approved the Department’s request to convert this OMB control number (1225-0059) from a standard clearance to a generic clearance in ROCIS (see ICR Reference No. 200708-1225-003).
This request is to include the inventory of all existing in-use surveys that OMB has historically approved under this OMB control number. This action (1) allows the current inventory to be included into ROCIS and (2) debits the approved burden threshold for these surveys.
Henceforth and as per ROCIS procedures for generic information collection plans, all surveys submitted under this OMB control number will be submitted as separate information collections under this OMB control number.
