To collect data that will enable DTIC to effectively measure customer satisfaction of government produced products and services. DTIC's user community is composed of U.S. Government agencies and their contractors. The surveys will provide DTIC with the ability to guage the level of satisfaction among its users and identify possible areas for improving our products and services. It will allow for collection of data that will meet the mandates of Executive Order 12862, the GPRA, and DTIC's Strategic Plan 2001-2005.
