The Commission reevaluated the burdens associated with this information collection and concluded that due to the fact that the registry has been in effect for nearly 4 years, thereby reducing the burdens on telemarketers that must comply with it. Therefore, the total number of respondents and the total annual cost burden have decreases for this information collection. There are no program changes to this information collection.
