Short Statement: The Commission adopted and released a Second Report and Order, FCC 07-132, WT Docket No. 06-150. This rulemaking increased the number of additional respondents, burden hours and annual costs and modified instructions in Schedules B and D due to Auction 73 which is scheduled for January 16, 2008 (700 MHz auction).
