A few days ago, you received a letter from Mark Pursley, Director, IRS, Wage & Investment Research, asking for your assistance in improving the resources available to you to serve your clients available to tax professionals. The IRS is committed to improving its performance and service to the American public and our partners. You were chosen at random from tax professionals who filed multiple returns for individual taxpayers in Tax Year 2008.
