Abstract: Rule 17Ac3-1 requires transfer agents seeking withdrawal from registration to file Form TA-W with the Commission. The rule and the Form provide the necessary withdrawal procedures. The Commission uses the information on Form TA-W to determine whethter the application for withdrawal should be granted.
