Subject: Bundled Generic Sub-Study Packages for 0925-0589, #3, #4, and #5

REVISION FROM PREVIOUS SUBMISSIONS BASED ON OMB’S COMMENTS:

All references to information to be “kept confidential” has been changed to “kept secure” across all three bundled sub-studies. These bundled sub-studies were originally submitted to OMB on 6/22/2010.

Human-computer interface and usability testing, which is the basis of all of these three sub-studies, is one component of the full Generic submission put forward by Gordon Willis and approved by OMB in May, 2008. The proposed sub-studies have applied for, and been awarded funding, through the NIH Evaluation Set-Aside Program. This is a pilot program to support website evaluations. As part of receiving the award, all proposals were reviewed by the Technical Merit Review Committee. Funding needs to be obligated by August 13, 2010. The “Combined Generic Sub-study (GS) Forms” for these requests highlight the abstract for each and is included in this submission.
