This collection seeks a no material and non-substantive change to an already approved generic collection with the addition of pre program, post program and follow-up surveys for ECA program participants.  Where applicable, surveys have been noted to reflect a change specific to the group (i.e. different year).  For the NSLI-youth surveys specifically, because the surveys  will be used for various groups that participate in this one program, where applicable the survey has been noted to reflect additional changes specific to these groups (i.e. different country &/or target language).

The total burden for these surveys is 252 hours.  252 hours will be deducted from the generic collection total resulting in a new total of 11,946 hours, while
730 respondents will be deducted from the generic collection total resulting in a new total of 23,301 respondents.
