Short Statement: The proposed rule for mine rescue teams would require additional paperwork requirements as detailed in the NPRM and the supporting statement (attached). The total new hour burden for this new rule is 1,374 hours and burden cost of $653. Final Rule - The burden was amended on 1/14/2008 to 1,387 burden hours with no change in burden cost.
