The Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, as amended, authorizes the Coast Guard to promulgate and enforce regulations promoting the safety of life and property on OCS facilities. Title 33 Subchapter N promulgate the regulations. The information is needed to ensure compliance with the safety regulations related to OCS activities.
