This data collection will be conducted annually to obtain program and performance information from NIDRR state assistive technology grantees on their project activities. The information collected will assist federal NIDRR staff in responding to GPRA. Data will primarily be collected through an internet form. The data instrument will be the basis for developing an electronic, web-based data collection system into which Statewide AT Programs report annual data.
