Abstract: Equal Employment Oppotunity Plans (EEOPS)-The Office of Justice Program (OJP), Office for Civil Rights (OCR) is seeking OMB approval for an "EEOP Short Form" and "Certification" form to be forward to all approved grantees with the award letter. The EEOP Short Form has been developed to reduce the amount of paperwork needed to prepare EEOP's for those grantees receiving Federal financial assistance over $500,000 pursuant to 28 CFR 42.304. The certification form has been developed for signature by all awarded grantees that are not required to submit EEOPs to certify that they have an EEOP on file, pursuant to 28 CFR 42.305.
