This standard assurance form is necessary to ensure that all grantees receiving federal grant funds through the Office of Justice Programs (OJP) are aware of, and agree to comply with, the legal requirements accompanying these funds. This collection of information is authorized pursuant to Public Law 90-351 and OJPs accompanying responsibility to oversee the expenditure of grants funds under programs authorized thereby.
