I have played with the new survey and found it overall to be easy but did have some issues with the below:
Asks if you are the FSO and is this your correct email. If this is send via email how else would you have received it?
If you make a mistake and select no where it asks if this is your cage code the survey ends. After all the reading for the first few pages you may be resetting a lot of folks that are not paying attention. As you know I did this (on purpose) and your office had to reset me.
When you get to entering the numbers for the components you are going to run into duplicate information. Nothing addresses folks that work on multiple contracts so if I work on an Army and an Air Force contract I will put 1 for Army and 1 for Air Force.
If I select US Trade Representative it does not show on the next page. This selection is the same as not selecting any Non DoD agencies.
Non DoD does not separate out DoD cleared persons so you may get duplicate information for those cleared through both.
Public Trust does not separate out cleared persons so you may get duplicate information again.
Just a note this is going to really demanding on the FSO’s for large sites. Some may even need more then 60 days to complete. I would think just separating the DoD from the Non DoD may make it easier and not as time consuming. Also, there may be an OPSEC issue with identifying an agency with a location.
