Cindy, I’ll email or bring you a copy of the Staff Summary sheet that ISP, you and PSC (Wendell) have chopped on. Replace the notice on the main page (and anywhere else it is located about the Aug/Sep 07 survey. It is on the main page as Annual Survey of Industry PSI Requirements Update: DSS Survey to Facility Security Officers for Personnel Security Investigations Projections (08/10/07 to 09/05/07).
Request to have the IT contractor post the notice about the upcoming April-May survey on the DSS website by Wednesday, 27 FEB.

2. on PSC page under alerts and then housed in folder called PSI Survey Information about PSI survey on that PSC page and
3. on main JPAS page under alerts or breaking news)
WORDING FOR THE ALERT
Important: PSI Survey Spring 2008 (14 APR - 3 MAY, 2008)
The next survey will be April 14 - May 3, 2008. There are some major
changes to the Survey content and design. Please take a few minutes to
review the Survey summary description and changes. If you plan to submit a
consolidated response covering more than one cleared CAGE Code, you should
provide notice to DSS by March 12, 2008 as described in the survey details.
Additional updates will be provided as needed prior to the Survey
deployment.
