This email is our first reminder to all who have not yet opened the survey link to the annual on-line survey for your personnel security investigation (PSI) proejctions. in the invitation or have opened the link and saved their survey in process. 

The Survey closes on May 9, 2008 at 4 PM eastern daylight time.  Responses are only submitted through the on-line survey.  Please submit your projections by the May 9th closing date.

A number of Facility Security Officers told DSS that they are now in the process of reviewing and coordinating their PSI projections before they open the Survey link in the invitation.  Additionally, others have indicated to [email protected] that they did not receive the initial email invitation.  If you are one of the latter you may count this as your initial invitation.

To access the Survey and provide your PSI projections:

Be sure that the entire Survey Link is on the same line as the text may have wrapped on to the next line.  Alternatively, you may access the survey by copying and pasting the link into your internet browser.  If you have any trouble loading the survey, please email [email protected] with a detailed description of the error.
